Vibration of Life

Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH

At times, it seems the complexity of our modern life styles takes more out of us than we may want to admit to ourselves.

Our forefathers weathered the forces of nature, wars, economic downturns and other serious threats to their livelihood. They, too, needed to adjust to changes in the industrial era, yet, at a slowed down pace compared to the speed with which our daily lives unfold.

Do you take time out to evaluate whether you are on your desired path or if you don’t have one yet, to find out what it could be? Are you so busy taking care of the challenges of daily life that no energy is left to pursue your heart’s desire or to find out what it could be?

Are you discouraged by what’s going on in the world and your own life that you don’t gather up all your will power to pursue your path? If you let yourself down, you’ll miss the self-respect that comes from overcoming your weaknesses and the joy that comes from pursuing a more fulfilling life.

I invite you to listen to the CD “Healing PTSD Trauma” to resolve any and all of your trauma  to help you to restore your feeling of well-being and renewed strength to pursue your true path. Click here for more information.

Performance Anxiety – Too late?

To be on time for any kind of performance may be crucial to reduce anxiety
about the upcoming event regardless of its nature.

– If you were too late for an important exam, would it influence the test result?
– If you were not given the allotted time for a presentation, would you be anxious, unsure how to achieve the same impact as you would have otherwise? There are many different scenarios that test our stamina how to handle stress and performance anxiety combined.

Getting stuck in traffic is outside of our control, but may trigger our anxieties already before we arrive at the designated place. We might not even have the time to practice our few tricks to lower performance anxiety, while we experience this overload of anxiety about arriving late and our performance. How will we handle it?

One way to master situations like this, would be to transmute our emotions in a minute or two. The upcoming CD “Restore the Vibrant You” will show you how to do this.

If you want to be one of the first ones to listen to the CD please fill in your name and email so we can inform you when the CD is coming out.
