Performance Anxiety – Too Late?

Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH

To be on time for any kind of performance may be crucial to reduce anxiety
about the upcoming event regardless of its nature.

- If you were too late for an important exam, would it influence the test result?
- If you were not given the allotted time for a presentation, would you be anxious, unsure how to achieve the same impact as you would have otherwise? There are many different scenarios that test our stamina how to handle stress and performance anxiety combined.

Getting stuck in traffic is outside of our control, but may trigger our anxieties already before we arrive at the designated place. We might not even have the time to practice our few tricks to lower performance anxiety, while we experience this overload of anxiety about arriving late and our performance. How will we handle it?

One way to master situations like this, would be to transmute our emotions in a minute or two. The upcoming CD “Restore the Vibrant You” will show you how to do this.

If you want to be one of the first ones to listen to the CD please fill in your name and email so we can inform you when the CD is coming out.

Restore the Vibrant You!

Restore the Vibrant You!
Christel B. D’Agostino, MSW, LCSW-R, CtH

Stressed out? Overwhelmed at times? At odds about your priorities?
Putting the things that might make you happier on the back burner because the daily challenges of modern life are consuming too much of your energy and time? You are not alone.Who can be on a high performance level all day long and then still be in top form for a smoothly running household,  your wonderful family or a healthy relationship and a gratifying social life?

We may have already been conditioning ourselves that running through our daily lives is the only way to accomplish what we need to. After having been on an adrenaline rush all day, we may just run out of steam at night. We demand perfection from ourselves and the world around us. If we don’t live up to our high standards, our level of anxiety rises. Maybe, we need to slow down a little. We may be surprised how much we’ll accomplish after we have shifted gears. Let’s start feeling good from the inside out.

Tomorrow we’ll be our chance to practice feeling joyful the whole day long.
Does it sound too hard, too difficult? If ‘yes’ is your answer, then let me invite you to learn what my Universal Vibrational Therapy TM can do for you. A CD will be out soon. Just to let you know that this CD will be delayed. My present emphasis is on “Healing PTSD Trauma” on CD.
